Stealth is a term used in most games where players would need to lie and wait for unaware enemies to approach them, or sneak up on them instead. You can also use the stealth method to getaway instead of attacking them. There are two ways to do stealth, either by hiding or by crouching. Hiding completely out of the enemy’s line of sight will help you stay undetected. You can use anything in your environment to hide behind, like pillars or trees. But moving around can be a challenge if you are hiding while upright. If you can crouch and hide, then you would be at an advantage, as you can slowly move towards your destination as well. You can use objects at a lower level if you are going to crouch and hide, like tall grass, large rocks, or boulders. Your footsteps will also be muffled when you crouch and move around. Be sure not to equip weapons or shields while crouching, as this will make you stand up.
To enable the crouch option, you can set your key binds/controller option in the game settings, and choose a button you feel most comfortable using.
