First, there is the good and the bad ending choice, and then there is a secret content you can unlock when the credits start to roll. How to Unlock Unmoored World Dragon’s Dogma 2

While the Unmoored World can be accessed when you are flying on the back of the Dragon. It’s best to defeat the dragon and then access the secret content, so you can enjoy the complete content of the game. After you have chosen to fight with the dragon, go ahead with the fight and defeat the dragon.
