In the beginning of Black Myth: Wukong, players will mostly use their physical attack to fight. But as they play, they’ll learn powerful magic abilities. These abilities aren’t always necessary for regular enemies, but they’re very helpful against the big bosses. Some of these abilities, like Somersault Cloud, are just really cool to use.
How to get Somersault Cloud
The Somersault Cloud Spell is a useful ability that makes it easy to travel around the map. Unfortunately, you can’t get it until you’re pretty far into the game in Chapter 6. It won’t make you stronger in battles, but it does help to get a good long look at Mount Huaguo and the rest of the chapter, so it’s worth the effort to find it.
To get the Somersault Cloud Spell, you need to defeat the Supreme Inspector boss. Luckily, he’s the first boss you’ll fight in Chapter 6, so you’ll get the spell pretty soon. You can find the Supreme Inspector in the Foothills area near the Verdant Path Keeper Shrine. You can see this in the video from Jun Guides.
How to use Somersault Cloud Spell
You now have the Somersault Cloud Spell, equip it to start using it. Even though it won’t help you much in fights, it’s still one of the coolest spells in the game. Use it to create a cloud that you can ride on, making it much easier to travel around in Chapter 6.
Unfortunately, you can only use the Somersault Cloud Spell to travel around Mount Huaguo in Chapter 6. But it’s still a great spell to have, and you’ll definitely get it anyway because you have to fight the Supreme Inspector to get it. Plus, it adds to the story of Black Myth: Wukong.
