Exoskeletons are scattered all over the map some can be found through random exploration, while others are tied to quests and specific unlocks. The Operator Exoskeleton can be found on a shelf on the second floor in the Fluoridation Station, but reaching it would not be easy. The wall outside the second floor is completely damaged. So, while you can get to the ground floor behind it, the stairs leading up to the second floor where the Exoskeleton is located are broken. 

How to Get Operator Exoskeleton in Stalker 2

To reach the Operator Exoskeleton on the second floor, start by following the large pipelines outside the Fluoridation Station. Walk above the pipes and soon you will find a broken truck by a building. Make a jump and climb onto the broken truck. After that jump onto the rooftops to access the pipes. 

Carefully walk along the pipes. On the pipes you will find electrical anomalies so be careful and use bolts to clear your path. Also, be well-equipped with medical kits as your health may deteriorate in this area. Soon you will reach a point where you will be in level with the second-floor entrance. Now you can jump inside the broken Fluoridation Station. Once inside, the Operator Exoskeleton will be right in front of you on a shelf. Beside the Operator Exoskeleton, you will also find a stash. Inside the stash, you will find ammunition, anti-radiation drugs, medical kit, bandage, grenade and food.
