- Completing Lowe’s Tar Pudding quest at Camp Igloo: Speak with Lowe at Camp Igloo to unlock three different Deviant quests. One of these quests will lead you to the Tar Pudding Deviant.
- In the Avalanche Monolith: You can also find the Tar Pudding Deviant in the Avalanche Monolith, but be prepared for a tough boss fight first.
