Fervour is a very important part of the Cult of the Lamb mechanics, the most important and only second to hearts or HP. It’s the ammunition for your curses. Curses are magic attacks in the game that can clear the entire arena in one shot and you get a limited amount of curses until the Fervour runs out. The status of the Fervour is indicated at the top left corner of the screen. You can also see the number of Curses you have left with the droplet icon that appears on the lamb when the curses are used. To keep reusing the curses, you need to know effective ways to farm Fervour in Cult of the Lamb. Keep reading and we will show you how to do it.
How to Farm Fervour in Cult of the Lamb
Fervour is not a hard resource to find in the game since it’s your righteous anger. The game explains it, “Fervour is the righteous anger earned by striking down non-believers and works like ammunition for your Curses.” And the game suggests how to farm it, “Fervour will drop when you slay an enemy. Collecting it refuels your Curses.” But, you require a lot of it to fill your Fervour meter.
The obvious way to farm Fervour is to slay enemies. But, there are other more effective ways to farm it. So far in the game, we have found these arenas with practice dummies made from logs as shown in the below image. They are great for farming Fervour and will refill your entire meter. Hit these dummies with your sword and they will drop Fervour. You come across at least one of these after a few fighting arenas.
Other than that Fervour can also drop from chests and by destroying the surrounding, but again, the amount of it that drops is too low.
