1. Spark Bunker in Yaniv Region
Diamond Exoskeleton is located in the Yaniv Region. During the Boundary Main Mission, you need to head towards the Spark Bunker and retrieve the modified scanner. Once you are at the bunker, go inside and climb the ladder to the roof. From there, turn right and take the stairs and then head left to find the Armor lying on the floor in front of the first locked door on your left.
2. Sunny Kindergarten in Prypiat
You can find another piece of Diamond Exoskeleton at the Sunny Kindergarten in Prypiat Region. When you reach there you will find a huge building.
