You will come across Camellia flowers in the wild as you go exploring. These are red in color and are usually hidden in the tall grass on the corners of your map. To harvest the seeds, all you need to do is go up to them and destroy the plants. Once you have done so, you will be able to collect the Camellia Seeds.
Alternatively, you can buy Camellia seeds once you have unlocked the Seed Shop. You can buy as many seeds from the NPC Rakshasa near the Anchordeep Dungeon, and the second one is the Camellia Seed. They will cost you 2 Coins each.
Once you have purchased the seeds, you will be able to use them to grow Camellia Seeds in a Farm Plot in your cult. There are a lot of seeds to discover and plant in this game so keep exploring and collect everything you see.
