You’re leading a small drug business with dreams of expanding it across the entirety of Hyland Point and getting a whooping reputation in the criminal underworld. Slowly but steadily, your business will grow. As you expand your horizons, players won’t get as much time to purchase their resources.
Now, due to lack of time, you won’t be missing out on resources as they can be delivered down to your doorstep.
But there’s one condition, and this is having a loading dock.
What is a Loading Dock in Schedule 1?
Some properties feature a loading dock. This is an area that is used for delivering items and resources. Delivery vans will enter this allocated space and unload their supplies, allowing you to restock your resources without having to go the shops yourself.
This is an extremely efficient and necessary addition to have as you expand your drug business.
How Do You Unlock the Loading Dock in Schedule 1?
The properties you buy in Schedule 1 already have a set of docks prepared to be used. This feature isn’t generally “unlocked” per se, as loading docks can’t be added to properties that don’t come with a predetermined set of loading bays.
In a nutshell, buy properties that already come with one or two loading docks.
Now, the question that remains is how to get a property that comes with a predetermined loading bay.
The following instructions are a simple way to acquire a property with a loading dock in Schedule 1:
- Players can buy properties from Ray’s Realty, which is located downtown (on the right side of the map). Similar to any other property, you can purchase properties with loading docks from this shop.
- You can follow the usual interaction flow by going inside and triggering a conversation with the real estate broker, Ray.
- Select the option “I’d like to purchase a property.” The broker will present a list of properties for you to choose from.
- Some properties already come with a pre-installed loading bay, such as the Bungalow, Barn, and Docks Warehouse. While Bungalow provides only one loading dock, the latter two come with dual loading docks. Buying any of these properties allows you access to loading docks.
How to Use the Loading Dock?
After unlocking a property with a loading dock, you can access it by following the instructions mentioned below:
- Open your phone
- Navigate to the Delivery app
- Browse stores like Hardware Store or Gas-Mart
- Add items to your cart
- Select the property along with the corresponding dock to get your item delivered
- Pay the delivery fee
A van will appear with your items and drop your order off. This usually takes a few minutes or a few in-game hours.
