With the name Wilds, the game has received a new Jungle biome that will give players a feeling of roaming inside Jurassic Park, with Raptors roaming freely in these areas. If you have been trying to tame a Raptor but can’t yet figure out how to do it, this guide will help you with the process of taming Raptors in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 3.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Raptor Locations- How to Tame Them?
Fortnite is the most played battle-royales of recent times, and players never get bored playing this game. If you have played the previous seasons of Fortnite, you are aware that Wildlife is always an integral part of the gameplay. Previously, we have seen Wolves, Wild Bores, Chickens, Frogs, etc., roaming around the map. Players can hunt them for meat or tame some of them to travel distances faster.
The new Season of Fortnite is named Wilds. So, naturally, the map has received a new Jungle Biome full of mysteries. The entire biome has tons of things to explore, and one of the most exciting among them is the Raptors. These animals are part of Fortnite’s new Wildlife and can only be found in the Jungle Biome.
Raptors are pretty rare in the game and can be found randomly in the newly added wild areas. Taming one is not as challenging as finding one. Players may take a few games to find a Raptor. Like Wolves, Raptors are ferocious and deal lots of damage if you are hit. So, it is not safe to go close. However, if you want to tame one and make it a lovely mount, you must go close to the Raptor and jump on its back. As soon as you jump on the Raptor’s Back, it will be your loyal pet taking you to wherever you want to go.
If you are not finding a Raptor, even after searching for a long time, there’s another way to get them, and this is the best way to tame Raptors. It doesn’t need extra effort to tame the animal. Players need to find Raptor eggs. These are also equally rare items that can’t be found randomly here and there. It may take a few chances before you locate Raptor Eggs in the Jungle Biome.
Once you locate Raptor Eggs, go near them (if you are curious about how they look, check the above image), and you will get the Hatch option. For PC Players, it will be the ‘E’ button by default. Once you press the Hatch Button, Raptor will Pop out of the Eggand you will find yourself on its back. This Raptor is already tamed, and players can travel distances riding on its back. However, Raptors are jealous, so don’t try to tame another Raptor while you have one. Otherwise, your first Raptor friend will attack the newly tamed Raptor, and you must choose between two.
That’s all you need to know about how to find and tame Raptors in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 3.
