The Portal Room is a very handy tool, as you will be able to use it to get to any one of the six zones in San Angora. This way, you will be able to fast travel through the map, so you should get it as soon as possible to cover the maximum possible area.
To get the Portal Room in Goat Simulator 3, you will need to complete the quests in the game. As the room is located in your goat castle, you will need to remove all six of the locks which are keeping it locked up. This can be done by completing six quests.
