Tips to Defeat Penny (Cassiopeia) in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
At the end of the last Team Star match, you will discover that Penny is the real villain who wanted you to take down her own organization Team Star which had gone rogue. After you have taken down the five Team Star bases, you will need to defeat the founder Penny.

Penny has all the evolutions of Eevee in her team, which means that she has various Types of Pokemon. You should be at least level 63 before you attempt this battle. Below, you will find the list of all the Pokemon in her team.

You should watch out for the deadly abilities that these Pokemon have, especially the Absorb powers of Vaporeon and Jolteon. Flareon will be able to use a Flash Fire to allow them to refill their health instead of taking damage. If you are using the same Type of moves as the Eevee, you run the risk of suffering as they will resist it.
Gardevoir is a great choice as it has the Trace Ability. With this Ability, you will be able to turn the Eevees’ own abilities against them, and be unharmed by their STAB attacks. Its best move is the Moonblast which unlocks at level 49.
Baxcalibur is another excellent option as you will be able to take advantage of their moves of Glaive Rush, Crunch and Icicle Crash. It has an advantage over all the Eevees but Sylveon and Umbreon.
