How to Find the Glorious Idol
You might encounter several Golden Idols scattered throughout the city of Utzaal and the surrounding regions. These idols were once revered in this now-ruined civilization of Vaal. Once you reach Act 3 and delve into the ruins beneath the Ziggurat Encampment, you’ll be transported back in time through a magical portal. You’ll find yourself in the vibrant and powerful Vaal city of Utzaal, which is now submerged and known as ‘The Drowned City’ in the present.
You’ll find ‘The Glorious Idol’ in the Uromoti’s Quarters within the Utzaal area. Since your starting point in this area is random, you might need to explore a bit to locate the specific room. In Path of Exile 2, you’ll discover Golden Idols lying on the ground or placed on pedestals. These special items are usually hidden away in side rooms within each area. You won’t find them as random drops from regular enemies.
You can find one in Napuatzi’s Quarters. However, the layout of the map changes each time you enter, so the location of this room (or any other room containing an Idol) will be different every time. How to Use the Glorious Idol

Instead, simply use the regular vendor menu to sell the Golden Idol to Oswald. He’ll gladly purchase it from you. You’ll receive a hefty reward of 1,500 Gold for doing so. Keep in mind that this is a hidden quest, so you won’t find it listed in your quest log.
