In Fatal Frame 2 Remake, completing the Mio Amakura side quest is pretty easy, but it’s important to know the exact location and fragments you’re looking for to get the Spirit Stone. In this guide, we’ve outlined everything you need to know in order to complete the quest in the easiest way possible.
Quest Objective
This side quest begins as soon as you complete all 15 side stories and unlock the Sprouting Wings Ending. In this quest, you’re tasked with finding the two different fragments of Mio’s Spirit Stones to form a whole.
How to Complete the Quest
Head to Misono Hill’s eastern part to see Mio and Mayu and collect Mio’s Spirit Stone Shard. Once you reach the marked location, you’ll see that there’s a minimalist wooden structure on the left side. Take out your Camera Obscura and shoot Mio and Mayu. They will retreat behind the bushes then, but you’ll find a fragment of Mio’s Spirit Stone Shard.
You’ll need to find the other half of the shard to form a whole Spirit Stone. Take out your Camera Obscura and start shooting the environment with it, and you’ll be able to find the other half of Mio’s Spirit Stone.
