Dead Island 2 is one of the most played games of recent times, and players have been grinding through it since it was released. How to Complete Creature Comforts Side Quest in Dead Island 2? Explained
If you have been playing Dead Island 2, you are aware that the quests are a vital part of the game, and if you don’t complete them, you’ll miss lots of areas in the game. These quests and side quests are the main way to explore different locations and get the required weapons and items. If you have been progressing through the game, you will eventually get the Creature Comforts side quest after interacting with Curtis Sinclair. He will be found sitting on a couch in Emma’s mansion.
When the quest begins, you will get two objectives-
- Search Colt Swanson’s Home to find Fancy Whiskey
- Search GOAT Pen to get Vintage Wine.
First, let’s get the Fancy Whiskey from Swanson’s House. You can start from GOAT Pen, but Swanson’s House is closer to Emma’s mansion, so we prefer to get the Whiskey first. Enter Swanson’s house, go to the Cellar, and grab the note. Once you get the note, come outside and make your way to the other side of the house to find the guest bedroom with the Safe containing the Whiskey. Now, your next task is to find the key, which is with Cindy. Cindy can be found downstairs. Take the stairs to come down and turn right to find Cindy inside the room. Kill her to get the key and return to the Guest bedroom. Open the safe and pick up the Fancy Whiskey.
Once this quest is done, progress to GOAT Pen. Enter GOAT Pen and go to the bottom floor and break the wine cellar glass to enter the room. You can get the Master key and enter the Cellar safely without triggering alarms, but breaking the glass and entering the Wine Cellar is the easiest way to complete the quest. Take the bottle from the left slot, the second last row at the bottom.
Now, it seems the quest is completed, but you will get a message from Curtis to bring him Cigars. Cigars will be found inside the Master Bedroom. If you have the Master key, open the door to get the Cigars; otherwise, break the window glass and enter the Master Bedroom. There will be zombies to fight, and you will find the Cigar box inside the closet. Pick it up and return to Curtis to complete the quest.
