Schedule 1 has a Boutique Store, and it has everything you can ask for. From aesthetic paintings to stylish gold chains, you can just style up according to your new position as a prominent drug lord in Hyland Point.
The Pawn Shop and the Boutique Store are two new buildings introduced in Schedule 1’s latest content. The prior allows you to sell your used tools and earn some cash for them, while the Boutique Store is where you can spend this money and purchase various ornaments to make your base cleaner and more appealing.

You can head to Ray’s Real Estate, where you can buy properties to spam out your operations or businesses to launder money. Near this store, you can find the Boutique Store opposite the courtroom, near the Handy Hardware shop, which is beside the Barn. You unlock this place mid-game to set up your operations and produce drugs on a large scale with workers.

How to Interact with the Boutique Store?
Interact with Herbert inside the store to purchase things. You’ll be presented with a list of ornaments to choose from. Ensure there are empty slots in your inventory; otherwise, you won’t be able to buy anything. There are various decorations available, such as paintings, which will be a fine addition to your base. Spend your money wisely and buy only those items that will step up the aesthetics of your operation base to the next level!
Another tip: Herbert can become one of your customers if you offer him your sample. But to do that, you must unlock one of his connections.
