The Stench of Corruption is the ARC Raiders’ continuation of the contamination storyline and finally rewards you with the Warden outfit. While none of the individual objectives are especially difficult, the quest can be frustrating because every step must be completed in a single run.
If you die before completing all the objectives, you’ll have to start over the next time you deploy. Fortunately, you don’t need to extract for the quest to count once it’s complete, though extracting afterwards is still a good idea if it’s safe to do so.

Arrive at the Departure Building
Your first destination is the Departure Building on the Spaceport map. It’s located near the centre of the area, just west of the Launch Tower.
Since your next goal is within the southwestern part of the building, it’s better to come from that direction to avoid wasting time and any unnecessary exposure.
Find the Staff Locker Room
Once through the doors into the southwest lobby of the Departure Building, go to the bottom floor. The corridor is dark, but the door you want has a nice, brass plaque that says “Staff Room” and runs along the back wall.
Go through the door into the room proper; it’s filled with lockers, and several suits similar to yours hang from the ceiling.
Search for Clues and Get the Key
Inside the locker room, pay attention to the hazmat suits in the back of the room. Investigate them to pick up the quest item of interest, the Flushing Terminal Key.
Make sure that the key has been safely put inside your inventory; otherwise, you won’t be able to continue with the final objective.
Enter the Underground Tunnels
With the key in hand, exit the Departure Building and head to the underground tunnels leading from Spaceport.
The most stable entrance is the collapsed section just below the Launch Tower, which you no doubt have used in previous quests. Drop down and proceed with caution, as this area is frequently contested by other Raiders.
Override the Flushing Terminal
Your final objective is to find and access a Flushing Terminal in the tunnels. Several are scattered around the area, but one of the most accessible is just west of the entrance to the tunnel.
Use the Flushing Terminal Key to override the bypass protocol. Once this interaction is done, the quest The Stench of Corruption will auto-complete.
Rewards: Warden Outfit Unlocked
Head back to Speranza and hand in the quest for the following reward:
- Warden Outfit Cosmetic armour set unlocked permanently.
Whether the Warden outfit is your style is up for debate, but it’s a unique reward and a clear badge of progress through ARC Raiders’ contamination questline.
