What are Hot Spots in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1?
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 has a brand new map and a new list of points of interest (POIs). These gold POIs are called Hot Spots. Hot Spots have been added to Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 recently, just like Reality Augments. In every match, three POIs are Hot Spots; however, they change from match to match.
Where to Find Hot Spots in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1?
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 players will see special POIs on the map highlighted in golden text called hot spots. These hot spots contain high-tier loot, making them classified as hot spots. As part of an explorer quest, a player must land at Hot Spots three times before completing the quest. Make sure you land on the Hot Spot POI, otherwise it will not count towards completing it.
Players receive 20K XP for completing this quest and progressing towards the cool skin in Chapter 4 Season 1 Battle Pass. Hot Spots have a higher chance of having good loot than other areas.
