The Glowing Stage For Three is Habitat D1-030 and part of the Bubbly Basin DLC of Pokémon Pokopia. It is an exclusive stage intended for three performers and can occasionally spawn Wugtrio as a Rare Pokémon. However, before the habitat can be used, the stage must be activated and powered up underwater.
How to Unlock the Power-Transmitter Post Recipe
It is impossible to activate the stage right away. First, you will need to find a Chinchou, a Pokémon that is a Water and Electric type with the unique ability of generating electricity.
To begin with, you will have to construct the Fluffy Relaxation habitat. You can build this habitat by using a gigantic cushion bed and a fluffy doll. After that, you’ll need to wait for the Chinchou to surface and interact with it.
Upon successful completion of Chinchou’s quest, you will gain access to the Wireless Power-Transmitter Post recipe. You will also need these posts in order to transmit power underwater to the stage.
Craft Wireless Power-Transmitter Posts
Once you have the recipe, use the crafting bench near Chinchou’s location to make the required posts. Each Wireless Power-Transmitter Post needs:

How to Get Glass
You can craft glass by using materials like Volcanic Ash, Sand blocks, and Sandstone blocks in a Smelting Furnace with a Pokémon that has the Burn Specialty ability. It is worth noting that Volcanic Ash and Sandstone can usually be found near Rocky Ridges. Sand blocks, on the other hand, come from the banks of the Withered Wasteland and Bleak Beach. You can also find these blocks on Dream Islands.
How to Get Pokemetal
Pokemetal can be produced by taking Pokemetal Fragments and smelting it in a Smelting Furnace with the help of a Pokémon that has the Burn specialty. To obtain the fragments, the Pokemetal Blocks must be broken using enhanced Rock Smash.
These blocks can be found in the mines of the Withered Wasteland and eastern floating island of Sparkling Skylands. The Pokemetal Fragments can also be found on Sky Dream Island or you can obtain it from trading Pokémon with the Trade specialty. 15 Wireless Power-Transmitter Posts are required for restoring this stage
Power the Underwater Stage
After having placed all your posts ready, go underwater and follow the corridor that leads to the Glowing Stage For Three.
Place the transmitters in a line along the corridor. There should be a series of posts that keep the power flowing from one transmitter to the next.
Keep placing them until you reach the stage, where a transmitter should be installed next to Chinchou. Once the process has been completed, the stage will activate and the announcement regarding the restoration of the Glowing Stage For Three habitat will follow. This habitat will then be included in the Habitat Dex as D1-030.

How to Get Standing Mics
Standing Mic can be obtained from the museum at Rocky Ridges, crafted at a workbench using 1 Iron Ingot and 1 Pokemetal, or bought from the Rocky Ridges PC shop for 200 Life Coins after reaching the environment Level 2. The crafting recipe can also be obtained by means of Glowing Water Spots or daily PC shop sales.

Wugtrio Spawn
Restoring the Glowing Stage For Three to its original state allows Wugtrio to explore its surroundings. It is classified as being a Rare Pokémon and can be spotted either in the Morning, Day, Evening, or Night, with conditions of Sunny weather, Cloudy weather, or Rainy weather.
