How to Find Tool Carts
There’s a contract in Marathon that requires you to loot tool carts. Now, tool carts have weapon mods and consumables which are focused on utility and survivability, meaning looting such carts lets you enhance your combat strength. Finding these tool carts can sometimes be challenging for players, but a good location to find them is the Algae Ponds.
These tool carts don’t look like normal crates and are quite similar to tool benches. After going to the Algae Ponds, you’ll find a big blue building with a ladder on its right side. Use the ladder to climb up and go down the hallway on the right. This hallway will lead you to a room, and as you enter it, you’ll find a tool cart immediately to its right. There are no enemies in this area so you’re safe, and this is a location where you can keep coming back for more.
As mentioned earlier, looting the tool cart offers you weapon mods that will help you in the long run.
