Fisherman’s Point is a high-level zone located on the southwest tip of the Palworld map. It is known for its difficult Pals and is close to the hot Mount Obsidian. This coastal village provides a useful fast travel point and an opportunity to obtain a Lifmunk Effigy, which can help you catch more Pals. To get to Fisherman’s Point, it is best accessed by flying mount so that you can traverse the waters and avoid the extreme heat of the volcanic area.

Fisherman Village Location

Fisherman’s Point is located at the very southwestern tip of the map (-456, -759). It’s known as a dangerous area with strong Pals nearby. Since it’s a high-level zone, use a flying mount to get there quickly and safely. To avoid the intense heat from the volcano, try to travel along the coastline. Once you reach the beach village, you can unlock a fast travel point.

This will make it much easier to get back to this area later. If you’re starting from the Plateau of Beginning, the easiest route is to head southwest until you spot Mount Obsidian. Then, follow the coastline southwards. This will keep you away from the heat.

Since you’ll be crossing the water to get there, a flying mount like Nitewing, Vanwyrm, or Quivern will get you to Fisherman’s Point much faster. Mount Obsidian itself is very hot, so bring heat-resistant armor if you plan on exploring deeper into the region. However, if you’re only going to Fisherman’s Point, you don’t need to worry about the heat, as the town is much cooler than the rest of the island.

In Fisherman Village, you will find traveling merchants who can buy or sell items.

  • Green Merchant: This merchant specializes in selling weapons.
  • Red Merchant: This merchant has a diverse inventory, including medical supplies and various other items. Notably, they are the only known source of High-Quality Pal Oil.
  • Blue Merchant: This merchant both buys and sells Pals.

In Fisherman’s Point, you can find a Lifmunk Effigy near the waterfront, just southeast of the fast travel point. Collecting these statues boosts your Pal-catching skills, making it easier to capture the creatures you encounter in the wild.
