If you start with a different personality or want to switch to Vamp later in the game, there are two main ways to do so. The first option is the Garter accessory, which allows you to temporarily take on the Vamp personality. To use it, simply equip the Garter in the main slot of any female character. You can obtain the Garter by trading five Mini-Medals with Manny at Mini-Medal Manor, located at the bottom of the Aliahan well.
For a permanent personality change, you’ll need the Guns n’ Buns book. This rare item is dropped by Xenion, a tough post-game boss located on the top floor of Cloudsgate Citadel. Once you have the book, reading it will permanently change a female character’s personality to Vamp.
