Once you’ve powered up the map with the 3 AMP generators, head back to where you first spawned in the Holding Cells. There’s a Maglev Elevator at the back of the room. Wait for it to charge up and then pay 500 Essence to take it down to the Bio Lab. As the elevator doors are closing, keep rapidly pressing the jump button.
