Though, initially, you may find the process a bit complicated to get used to, later it will be one of the frequent processes that players can use to explore the world.
Ikrans are not default creatures that you can access from the beginning of your journey. Instead, players have to wait a bit before they can unlock the mounts. Once you start your journey, you have to reach and complete the 11th main story mission ‘Take Flight’ to unlock Ikran.
Though, Ikran will be your loyal companion throughout the journey, the process of petting them is not easy. The 11th story mission will direct players to the Ikran Rookery.
