Give the Emperor the Netherstones or Not?

In order to defeat the final boss, the Elder Brain, players will be making a choice of who gets to take control of the Netherstone and get to have control over the many people. To make the decision, players need to make a choice:

  1. Give the Emperor the Netherstone
  2. Don’t give the Emperor the Netherstone

If players decided to give the Emperor the Netherstone, they will be allowing him to consume the Orpheus’ Power. When the battle starts, The Emperor will consume the Orpheus’ Brian which will give him the power to defeat the Elder Brain. By making this choice, players are letting the Emperor control everything from making the decision to killing Elder Brain. This decision will also make Githyanki our enemy as his people will be controlled by the Emperor as well.

If players decided to not give the Emperor the NetherStone, this will make the Emperor feel like players are a fool and will decide to join the Invading army of NetherStones. This way after the final, players will have full control and are not just the side character anymore. This decision will also lead to another choice: should players or Orpheus become a Mind Flayer to protect the world? This is also an important choice and players can learn in detail about this on our website or by clicking the link below the article.

The choice is obvious, Players shouldn’t give the Nether Stone to The Emperor as it will provide him with too much power and players will be betraying so much trust.
