After meeting and talking to He Who Was, players will need to help him find the Ledger and bring justice against Madeline. He Who Was can be found just east of the Last Light Inn.

After accepting the quest, players will need to follow these steps:

Players first need to Find Mandeline’s Ledger
The Ledger has all the evidence against Madeline and is required to bring justice to the victims
According to the quest, players will find Madeline’s ledger in The Waning Moon. this is a brewery where she used to work.
Players then need to head to the Waning Moon
After reaching there, players need to check underneath the floorboard behind the bar. (inside the brewery)
To get their hands on the ledger, players need to clear a Perception test (make sure your whole team is in the area)
To get access to the Floorboard, players need to defeat Thisobald Thorm
