You have to turn on a simple setting to get the blood option to show up while playing the game. Just follow the steps below to enable it.

  • Head over to the in-game main menu
  • Click on options and select gameplay
  • Scroll down to find the Blood option
  • Toggle it on/off
  • Click Save

Now that the option is enabled, you can use it in any match or tournament. All you have to do is perform moves that cause head trauma to watch the opponent start to bleed. You can even custom create a match that gives you more affinity to damage your opponents to draw blood. The match where you can optimize this option is during First Blood. To create the First Blood tournament, head over to the main menu > creations > custom matches > Extreme Rules. In the second tab of the same menu, under Win Conditions, enable First Blood. Now all that is left is to start a match and watch the arena turn red.
