Guillemots are tricky creatures to find and they will flee when they see you coming. These docile birds are needed to get the crafting item Four Toed Fowl Foot and Flight Pinion. To get the items, you need to be quick on your feet and charge at them before they disappear. Ranged attacks and spells that can be used at a distance will be helpful, as you can safely stay at a distance to not disturb them, and also get a clean hit. They go down pretty easily and won’t put up a fight, but might scare away the other in the colony.
Guillemots are found along the beaches of Limgrave west. If you explore the path between the Third Church of Marika and Fort Haight, you will come across the colony. You can also come across them in Weeping Peninsula, near the northwestern shore of the Fourth Church of Marika. The last place you can look for them is at Caelid’s Impassable Greatbridge. There is a small cliff near the site of grace where you can find three Guillemots. You can farm as many Four Toes Fowl Foot as you can by killing them, then spawning back at the Site of Grace, and repeating the action.
Guillemots are farmed mainly for the Four Toes Fowl Foot and Flight Pinion. Flight Pinions are used in crafting various arrow types, while the Fowl Foot is used to craft two important items in the game, mainly the Silver and the Gold Pickled Fowl Foot. These two items are required to boost Runes and Items acquisition.
