The Chalice Keycard in Destiny 2 Lightfall is required to access the restricted area during the First Contact mission. As you proceed through this mission, you’ll encounter a closed door with the Trophy Cup symbol on it. To access this door, you’ll be needing the Chalice Keycard.

To find the chalice keycard in Destiny 2 Lightfall, you need to locate and defeat the Chalice Keymaster. Once you arrive at the locked door, turn around and walk to the left, where you’ll find a door open and the quest marker. Drop down from there and you’ll be greeted by a few Psions and Legionaries.

Once you defeat all the enemies along with the Chalice Keymaster, it will drop the Chalice Keycard in Destiny 2 Lightfall. Interact with the keycard and you can use it to unlock the restricted area.
