If you have been completing White Lotus Faction quests, you have definitely received the quest that requires you to locate and place two tactical cameras at the entrance of a Smuggling Tunnel.
The second part is not that complicated, but the first part of the quest means locating a Smuggling Tunnel will be the trickiest. Smuggling Tunnels are hidden locations on the map that can’t be marked on the map. While exploring the Al Mazrah map, even if you zoom your tac-map, there won’t be any Smuggling Tunnel marked on it. So, it will be challenging without help to find the location of the tunnels.
The Smuggling Tunnels are located on the north side of the map, somewhere between Rohan Oil and Al Mazrah city. There’s no name of that location, but it is near the road. However, check the map below to find the exact location-
If your luck is good, you can even find the location as a stronghold on the map, but that’s a chance only. It won’t always be a Stronghold. However, if it is a Stronghold, you must get the Stronghold Key to open the location. Now, Stronghold keys can be found by killing enemies or purchasing from Buy Stations. Ensure you are prepared to fight enemies because a Stronghold will contain several NPCs. Whether it is a Stronghold or not, once you arrive at the location, you have to search for the Tunnel Entrance.
