Archer builds will need to look for this particular Ash of War as there aren’t many suited for their playing style. The first thing you will need to do to find it is to get the Remane painting in the Town of Sorcery called Selia, which is in central Caelid. There is a Site of Grace here called the Sellia Under-Stair Site of Grace near which you can find a collapsed arch-like structure that is surrounded by enemies. Defeat these monsters to take the painting near the collapsed arch.
With the painting in your inventory, you will need to travel to Fort Faroth and find the fort of the Minor Erdtree in the northeast direction. There is a cliff here that you need to use Torrent to jump down from, and find a Golem below waiting for you. You can choose not to fight the Golem, and dodge your way out of it to find the spirit painter at the end of the cliff here. Once you get close to them, they will vanish and the Rain of Arrows Ash of War will be left in their place. Collect the item to use it on your ranged weapons.
