To find the key you will need to head to the Ruston’s Coffee bathroom in Seattle Day 1 Downtown chapter. The shop is located at the end of Spring St and 5th Avenue, north of courthouse at the corner of a red building. You can identify the shop with its sign. Once you are there, you will need to break a window to enter the shop. There is a lot of artifacts on the counter, so if you are a collector, make sure to pick them up.
Go to the back of the shop to find the bathroom. Deal with whatever comes at you and head to the corner of the bathroom. The Barko’s Pet Store key will be on a table.
