With all the locations in Slime Rancher 2, it might be difficult to think about which slimes you should collect and where. As for the Angler Gordo slime, there are two ways that you can collect it.

For the first method, you will need to travel east on the region of the island with pink grass. This is a large open area which you can easily come across in the game. From here, you will need to drop down into the tide pool terrain, where you will need to get to a cave.

The other method is to keep doing from the pink grass area to a hill and eventually you will come across a hole in the ground. By dropping down into this opening, you can arrive at the same place as the first method, which is the cave.

Once you are in the cave, you will be able to see the Angler Gordo. As they are carnivorous, you should have some sea hens in your inventory to give him. Once you have popped them, you will unlock the geyser which is an entryway to the top of the hill.
