There is a certain rumor spreading around social media about the new patch for Battlefield 2024. The patch update is stated to be released somewhere in January of 2022, but players need to know when.
Developers of the award-winning FPS, DICE, will be on leave for the winter holidays, hence there won’t be any updates on the game on their social media handles anytime soon.
Since its release in November, players have noticed a growing number of bugs that made gameplay a little bit harder. So it only makes sense that fans of the game would look forward to what’s inside the update.
The new Battlefield 2024 update is stated to be released on, before, or after January 17. Maybe as the New Year rolls along, fans would get more updates about the new patch. Since the DICE team will return to work from the second half of January, it only makes sense to expect the update to roll out after that.
Battlefield 2024 has already had a patch update 3.1 very recently.
The patch addressed some issues like hit registration, aim assist, rooftop objectives, and cross-play got disabled for Xbox. There were also nerfs and weapon buffs added, probably because of player feedback to DICE.
