All about The Archon Map
Treyarch has brought The Archon to Vanguard Season 5 Zombies, a round-based reimagining of the Terra Maledicta map from Season 2. Although it may look familiar, the map has been upgraded with “the full suite of round-based Zombies mechanics, an updated visual style, new Dark Aether intel, and a slew of new secrets to uncover.”
In the upcoming installation of Vanguard Zombies, players will have to survive a new set of challenges, including the Trials of Sacrifice, Resilience, and Mindfulness. But before that can happen, they’ll be tasked with returning to Egypt to sever Von List’s unholy bond with Kortifex or die trying. They’ll also have to confront the former lord of the Dark Aether.
The Archon map will feature all of the classical Vanguard gameplay mechanics that fans have come to know and love, such as Perk Fountains, Altar of Covenants, Tome of Rituals, and the Pack-a-Punch machine.
This concludes our info on the archon. With Vanguard Season 5 set to release on Aug 24, it’s important to be prepared for all the new updates. Be sure to check our guides section for more info on the game.
