The custom hardware mission is one of the new missions added to Warzone 2.0 DMZ and is also for the new map of Ashika Island. In this mission, players will need to bring a GPU and a Game Console to put them inside the dead drop and also need to extract the 3 Encrypted Hard Drives. In this guide, you will learn about the locations of the GPU and game consoles and where to find the beach Club Dead drop.
Warzone 2.0 DMZ Complete Custom Hardware Mission
In this mission, players will need to complete 3 objectives:
- Deliver 1 GPU to the Beach Club Dumpster dead drop.
- Deliver 3 Game consoles to the same dead drop
- Extract 3 encrypted hard drives.
In order to complete all these objectives, players will need to find the items first and then find the beach Club dead drop. For the 3rd objective, players need to find 3 encrypted hard drives and extract them.
Where to Find GPU Location in DMZ Warzone 2
One of the hardest items to find in the game is GPU. it is very rare and even has a low chance in the drop box and even in the Legendary Weapon box.
Players will need to grind hard for it but they can do this mission will searching for other items or a rather normal run. The places where players can find the GPU are as follows:
- Players will need to search all the computers they come across as they can be found there.
- If Players spawn near offices, airports and even apartments, they can search the computers there for the GPU.
- Even supply drops have a chance of dropping them so checking them is also one of the options.
- GPU also can be found inside the safes (players can do contracts for safes)
That’s all the ways for finding a GPU in Warzone 2.0 DMZ. if you do find them somewhere else please type the locations in the comment section.
Where to find the Game Consoles in DMZ Warzone 2
Games consoles are not as rare as GPUs but they can only be found in specific spots so players will need to search specifically for them. Players can find the game consoles in the following locations:
- Players can find them in the bedrooms of the apartments (Residential area on Ashika island)
- Players can find them in the market areas where there are shelves
- Players can also find them inside the strongholds
That’s all the ways for finding game consoles in Warzone 2.0 DMZ. if you do find them somewhere else please type the locations in the comment section.
Where to find the Encrypted Hard Drives in DMZ Warzone 2
Encrypted hard drives are not very rare but have a random chance to find. Players will need to find them in a specific spot just like the above 2 items and here are the locations:
- Players can find them in the computer (this will help in finding GPUs as well)
- Players can search the Supply drops as well because there is a higher chance than computers to find them in those.
- If Players spawn near offices, airports and even apartments, they can search the computers there for the Encrypted hard drives (for GPUs as well)
That’s all the ways for finding Encrypted hard drives in Warzone 2.0 DMZ. if you do find them somewhere else please type the locations in the comment section.
For the first 2 objectives, players need to bring the GPU and 3 game consoles (or find them in the Ashika Map) to the Beach Club Dead Drop located on Ashika Island. The dead drop is located behind the shop and beside another normal dumpster but it will be white in colour. The location of the dead drop is shown on the map below.
After dropping the items in the dead drops, the player’s first 2 objectives will be complete. Players can do this mission in parts as well because of the random nature of the items.
For the 3rd objective, players will need to find 3 encrypted hard drives in any of the maps (Al Mazrah or Ashika Island) and then extract them. They can also do this objective in parts as well because of the same reason of the random drop chance.
After completing all the objectives, the Custom hardware mission will be complete and players will get the reward and the XP. That’s all you need to know about the Custom hardware mission and where to find the items for it.
