When you pick up the Cargo Keeper mission, you will notice that you have two objectives, one is to complete a Cargo Delivery contract, and the other is to refuel and repair the transport vehicle. To find the Cargo Delivery contract, open up the Tac map and look around for a green mobile icon with the words Ship cargo or Ground cargo on it. Hover the cursor over it to find out which contract it is.
You can select any one cargo mission on the map to complete. Once you select it, the mission will guide you to where you have to secure the cargo vehicle. Head over to the location and jump into it to start controlling it. Next, you need to bring it to a gas station to repair and refuel it. You can find gas stations scattered across the map, so just find the nearest one and quickly repair and refuel before enemies start swarming your vehicle. You have to wait till the energy bar on the vehicle is maxed out, and even if it is at max level, you still have to dock the vehicle at the gas station to complete the mission.
After that, all that is left is to bring it to the spot where the helicopter will pick it up. Follow the mission guidelines to reach the spot and deliver the shipment. You should be warned that as soon as you start up the cargo vehicle, you might get attacked by an attack helicopter, so you shouldn’t dawdle while completing this mission. If you are successful, you will be rewarded 5,000+ XP and the Lockwood MK2 Contraband.
