The Elder Scrolls Online has just released a patch for PC and Mac that addresses some very important issues such as the effect of Mundus Stone being removed from character, the ability to automatically re-summon Companions has been re-enabled, and several instances of crashes in the game has been patched. The servers of the game are expected to go down for maintenance on the below schedule for PC, Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation.

At the time of writing, the patch notes are only available for PC and Mac users. In the following days, we will update when Bethesda provides the patch notes for Xbox and PS. To get on the latest version, update the game. Steam Users may need to reboot the Steam client to see the option to download the update. If the update still does not appear, reboot the PC.

- Fixed an issue where Mundus Stone effects could be removed from your character when dead during a load screen.
- Adjusted Inferno and Ice Staff Heavy Attacks to temporarily make them un-reflectable to prevent health desyncs while a longer-term solution is found and tested.

- You can no longer acquire weapons for the Marksman’s Crest item set other than Bows from all sources, as originally intended.

- You can once again utilize the “Leave Instance” functionality from the group menu while in combat.
- Re-enabled the functionality that allows you to automatically re-summon Companions when they are dismissed by summoning an Assistant.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when changing zones or using a portal if Occlusion Culling was enabled in the graphics settings.
- Fixed an issue where some objects near animated fixtures would flicker if Occlusion Culling was enabled in graphics settings.

- Fixed an issue where Zone Guide and Map Completion would get confused if you completed Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild stories faster than their previous rank requirements asked of you.
