What Are Stratagems
Stratagems grant the users various abilities, but can only be used a single time. The abilities can vary between each gem, and they can range from teleportation to dealing damage to enemies.
How to Get Stratagems
To get a Stratagem, you will need to hand over some Bloom Seeds to Inquisitor Vakir at the Libris Malleus. You can find the Stratagems menu on the left side, and you can select any gem that you want to unlock and hand over the required Bloom Seeds to Vakir. Once it is ready, you can equip and use them anytime you wish. To increase the slots to carry Stratagems, you will have to conduct further research and also upgrade Prognosticators.
If you find that you are unable to use Stratagems, it means that Inquisitor Vakir is currently unavailable to help you. You can either carry on the battle without it or wait till she is of service to you again.
