Raft is an open-world survival video game published by Axolot Games and developed by Redbeet Interactive. Following its first release as a free download on the independent website Itch.io in 2016, the game was made available as an early access title on Steam on May 23, 2018.
The game was withdrawn from early access, and its entire version, along with the game’s last chapter, was released on 20 June 2022.
Raft is an action-packed ocean survival simulator. Players wake up on a little raft and must pick up different drifting trash, collect resources, and find food in order to live. The game may also be played with buddies to obtain the full survival experience.
In order to avoid confusion, participants can select alternative characters. And in this guide, we’ll show you how to get Tala.

Unlocking Tala in Raft
For Unlocking Tala:
- You must select your character at the start of the game.
- Initially, just Maya and Rouhi are accessible. However, as you go through Raft, you will be able to unlock four additional distinct characters.
- The only differences are their appearances and voices.
- And the Health, Oxygen, Thirst, and Hunger scales are all the same size for all of them.
- As a result, the characters are best described as plain skins.
- So, in order to find Tala, you must first visit the Radio Tower.
You must locate Antenna and Receiver blueprints in random barrels to do this. After that, investigate the Circuit Board, Plank, Hinge, and Plastic. You will also need Bolts and Scrap to complete your project.
After crafting these things, you must install the Receiver and three Antennas on the raft’s second level. To make the receiver operate, need a charged battery. You will receive a 4-digit number identifying the location of the Radio Tower after activating the Receiver.
Then, to get to Radio Tower, follow the coordinates. This is a big structure with several storeys. You can uncover a wealth of materials by exploring them. And Tala may be found and unlocked in the Control Room at the very top of the Radio Tower.
Although various characters have no effect on gameplay, we encourage unlocking them. This will allow you to play multiplayer with your friends more easily. Keep reading our Raft game guides for more information about the game.
