To find the usual Fighting type Tauros, head over to either East or West Province, specifically in Area Two for both. You can find herds of the usual Tauros grazing here that you can catch. If you wish to find the Fire/Fighting or Water/Fighting Tauros types, you have to search a bit more since they are chance encounters. Sometimes they will be within the herd in East and West Province Area Two, or sometimes you can come across them in East Province (Area Three), Asado Desert, and Zapapico. You can identify them by the red or blue markings on their coat, as well as the way their horns look.
To increase your chances of bumping into the Fire or Water Tauros, you can consume sandwiches that will help you increase your Encounter Power. Also, to complete your Pokedex, you would need to trade with players having the other version to get all three types of Paldean Tauros.
