The most effective method to get a shiny Cinderace is through the Masuda Method. This involves trading for a foreign language Ditto or any Pokémon from the same Egg category as Cinderace, then using them to breed with Cinderace to get the shiny eggs. You can also use a 6 IV Ditto for the breeding process. Once you get a Ditto, you have to remove all other Pokémon from your party, except Ditto and Cinderace.
Next, you need to open up your Picnic and make and consume Egg Sandwiches. These sandwiches will give you increased chances to get more eggs, thus increasing the chances of getting at least 1 shiny offspring. Level 2 Egg Power Sandwiches are very effective, or you can also get Level 2 Egg Power Meals from the restaurants in Paldea.
After consuming the sandwich or meal, let Cinderace and Ditto roam around in Picnic mode. You have to wait for a while till you can get some eggs in the egg basket. After taking out all the eggs, place them in your party and also place any Pokémon that has the Flame Body ability to speed up the hatching process. Now walk around till the eggs start hatching, then eventually you will get a shiny Scorbunny. You can then evolve Scorebunny to Raboot, and ultimately get a shiny Cinderace. You will have to repeat this process several times to get the Shiny Scorebunny.
