This Pokémon is exclusive to Pokémon Scarlet, so Scarlet players would need to head over to the Great Crater area to find Zero Gate. There is a research center here where you can visit and enter the portal to get to the other Research Centers. The centers you can go to find Brute Bonnet are either Research Center 2 or 3. Brute Bonnet is a common find in these areas, but you can go ahead and find them in Research Centers 1 and 4 as well. You can just walk around the area and you will bump into these Pokémon. They can also be found inside caves.
Brute Bonnet is also known as Paradox Amoonguss, but it does not evolve or hatch from Amoonguss. This is a Grass/ Dark type Pokémon and is weak to most Bug-type Pokémon. So you can use a Bug type to bring it down. The other way you can get Brute Bonnet is through trading it.
