Pink F is an important consumable item, as it will add one skill point if used. This point can be allocated for any skill you wish to upgrade, but the effect will only last for this one match. It is still an important item to scavenge for if you wish to gain an edge over defeating the Deadites, but Pink F bottles are few and far between. You can try your luck while scavenging supply crates in various locations, or using up the supply crates that you get for collecting the Kandarian Dagger pieces and the Lost Pages. You will have a better chance of finding Pink F by looting Epic and Legendary crates in the game.

Once you have your Pink F, you can select the survivor you wish to upgrade and use the skill point on any of the following –

  • Melee – increases damage and attack speed.
  • Ranged – increases the damage output and reduces reload speed.
  • Health – increase max HP
  • Fear – Increases Fear meter, making you less susceptible
  • Stamina – Increases Stamina level
  • Shield – Increases Amulet usage and Shield Bars

This effect only lasts one match, so if you are looking for something more permanent, then you can check out the Collection Menu to try and upgrade characters from there.
