Nvidia, a leading manufacturer of consumer graphics solutions, is expected to launch its next-gen graphics cards this year. Rumors surrounding the upcoming lineup of GPUs have surfaced on the internet since 2021. Gamers are eagerly waiting for what the new and improved ADA Lovelace GPUs have to offer in modern video games.
Every couple of years, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang takes to the stage in September to announce new GPUs. A similar trend is expected to continue this year as well.
Nvidia has its GTC 2022 scheduled on September 20 this year. At this conference, the company will be showcasing the latest breakthroughs in graphics, AI, and machine learning technologies. Innovations surrounding the graphics industry will also be introduced by the company at this event.
While the event will not solely be based on revealing the RTX 40 series GPUs we can expect the launch to take up a major portion of the event. Nvidia has named the RTX 40 series launch portion “Geforce Beyond.” In a blog post, the company described the event as “PC enthusiasts, don’t miss the GeForce Beyond special broadcast!”
When and how to watch Geforce Beyond?
Geforce Beyond will be aired on September 20. The event will begin at 8 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) or 3 PM GMT on September 19.
The event can be watched online via the official Twitch and YouTube handles of Nvidia Geforce.
Recently, information surrounding the RTX 40 series was revealed via the Q2 earnings call of Nvidia. The company is looking forward to regulating stocks and manipulating the prices of the upcoming graphics cards. They might sell the RTX 30 series cards alongside the next-gen options, which probably will be sold as a premium option.
The performance improvements that might be promised by the upcoming GPUs will be astronomical when considering modern AAA gaming workloads. Also, the RTX 30 series are quite capable in modern games. Thus, in a tumultuous market riddled with stock problems, this move might help the chip manufacturers.
