One of the solutions to the error is to play on a system that’s supported by the game. If you are on Windows 7, try Windows 10. For users on Windows 10 who are getting the error, ensure that you are on the latest built of the operating system. If you are running the game on the Windows Insider Preview, revert back to the stable built to fix the error.

Disabling the IPv6 is also known to fix this error. To disable it, look for the network or Wi-Fi icon on the Tray Menu and right-click on it.
