You will need a high amount of luck if you are looking to scavenge around for rare items to use while crafting. You will get precious items while breaking down nodes and checking out junk piles, but increasing your luck will bring them out quickly. To increase your luck stat, you will have to eat meals that will help you with that, or wear clothing with high Luck stats. Early on in the game, you won’t be required to equip much luck on you, as you can craft objects with whatever materials you have. But you will be needing Luck when you require rarer materials.
