Monster Hunter Stories 2 has several different types of combat and that is the charm of the game. However, the battle is turned based and so it becomes so slow and many players don’t like that. Many players want to speed up battles a bit. The best thing is that it is possible in the battle. There are essentially two ways, you can speed up your fight and go even faster. Check out the following two ways to speed up your battles.

1. In order to speed up the battle process in MH Stories 2, you will need to press the ‘+’ button while fighting. Then, you will see an icon in the screen’s top-left corner along with a fast-forward symbol. When you press it, the process will be doubled, and press again and you will go even faster. You can easily change the processing speed whenever you wish in the fight.  

2. Another way to speed up battle is to use Quick Finish. When you have crossed more levels compared to the Monsters, the Quick Option will be available. 

Using this button, your fight will be ended with a single click of a button as the game considers you stronger than the enemy and so gives you such ‘Free Win’.

If you want to check if you have that option, check at the bottom left of your screen which you will see below the ‘Switch Monsties” indication. You only need to press it and you will win that particular fight with an S Rank every time.
