How to Farm Quality Stomach in Monster Hunter Rise (MHR)

Altaroth are the creatures you want to farm if you are looking to get the Quality Stomach. Fortunately, the creatures are widespread and can be found in the Frost Island, Shrine Ruins, and Sandy Plains. If you go searching, you can find them in other maps as well, but the best and the easiest way to farm Quality Stomach is to find Altaroth on Shrine Ruins.

The Altaroth are peculiar creatures, they come out of their holes in search of resources which includes honey and other items. So, when you kill a bug there is a high chance you may get a variety of resources besides the Quality Stomach.

As these creatures are small, you don’t want to use your large weapons to kill them or you will smash them and not get the Stomach. Instead, use the Kunai. Although, the Quality Stomach can drop in low rank, the drop rate is very low and it’s suggest that you go on high rank quests to increase the chances of the item drop.

On the Shrine Ruins map, you can find the Altaroth in Area 12 and at the centre of Area 5, 6, 10, and 7. Refer the map for the exact location.
