You will find the urge to complete the missions in Road to the Show as quickly as possible, but doing it normally is quite a chore. You will need around 600,000 XP just to complete the entire program while upgrading your Archetypes. To go through the motions quickly, you can use the XP glitch. Find the Roster Vault under the Create tab in the Main Menu and put in the ID as Bigtomk22. Download the roster called All Zero Choose Detroit. Start a new save file under Road to the Show and have a new Ballplayer. Choose your Archetype Program and load it in the saved roster at the roster selection menu. Choose the roster that you had previously saved, and select the Detroit Tigers to start your journey on Road to the Show.
After that, go to the Road to the Show settings menu and go to the Player Lock Options. Change the following settings there.
- Game Flow – Skip Next Appearance
- ShowTime Opportunities – Off
- Infield Reaction – Assist
- Button Mapping – Classic
- Fielding Opportunities – All
- Baserunning Interface – Analog
- Baserunning Opportunities – Lead Runner
- CPU Teammate Hitting – All
- Player Yells – Off
Next, head over to the Sliders settings. Some Sliders should be maxed out. These include
- Human Contact
- Human Power
- Human Timing
- Human Foul Frequency
- Human Solid Hits
- Human Starter Stamina
- Human Reliever Stamina
- Human Pitcher Control
- Human Pitcher Consistency
- CPU Pitcher Control
- CPU Pitcher Consistency
- CPU Strike Frequency
- Fielding Errors Infield
- Fielding Errors Outfield
- Throwing Errors Infield
- Throwing Errors Outfield
- Baserunner Speed
- Baserunner Steal Ability
- Baserunner Steal Frequency
After that, find the following Sliders and set them to a minimum.
- CPU Contact
- CPU Power
- CPU Timing
- CPU Foul Frequency
- CPU Solid Hits
- CPU Starter Stamina
- CPU Reliever Stamina
- CPU Manager Hook
- CPU Pickoffs
- Fielder Run Speed
- Fielder Reaction
- Fielder Arm Strength Infield
- Fielder Arm Strength Outfield
- Gameplay Injury Frequency
- Simulator Injury Frequency

Finally, check the item program for the required Archetype Item that is equipped to the selected Ballplayer. Some of the missions for Hits, Stolen Bases, Extra Base Hits, and Plate Appearances are repeated here. Start playing Road to the Show and you will be able to steal bases with ease. It may be a dream to be able to use this glitch as many times as possible, but sadly that is not the case. Once this glitch is used under one Archetype and all its tiers, you won’t be able to enable it again. On the plus side, there are many programs, Archetypes, and tiers to choose from under Road to the Show, giving you ample chances to farm as much XP as possible.
